Mike and Jeveline Hilliard - "Our Statement of faith"
-
We
believe the Bible to be the only infallible and authorative Word
of GOD.
-
We believe that there is one GOD, externally
existent in three persons... Father - Son - Holy Spirit
-
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus
Christ, in HIS virgin birth, in HIS sinless life, in HIS miracles,
in HIS vicarious and atoning death through HIS shed blood, in HIS
bodily resurrection, in HIS ascension to the right hand of the
Father and in HIS personal return to us in power and glory.
-
We believe that for salvation of lost and
sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely
essential.
-
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy
Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is empowered to live a
godly and pure life.
-
We believe in the resurrection of both the
saved and the lost, they that are saved unto resurrection of life
and those that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
-
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers
in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Some
info on Mike and Jeveline....
- Mike is originally from England (UK) though with Jev now has a
home in Scotland.
- Jev is originally from Manado Sulawesi - Indonesia.
- They have three children all grown up and in their early
thirties. Two of their boys are married and they have 3 grand
children.
- In the mid 1990's Mike gave up employment in the secular world
and began serving God full time. Mike has been ordained in since
2002.
- Later after training as mission teachers in the USA, both Mike
and Jev felt the call to go to Indonesia to share this training
with Indonesians.
- They want to empower Indonesians to be the hands and feet for
God to reach the unreached (there are still 125 "people groups" to
be reached here in Indonesia).
- Since arriving in Indonesia and being based in Jakarta their
ministry has broadened from solely mission teaching.
- They work with drug addicts - teaching that only with Jesus is
it possible to conquer drugs permanently.
- They also have an orphanage/home for the poor, numbering now
58 children. See website for details.
- They teach the bible in offices and churches, in fact where
anyone will listen to them.
- They work hard to see harmony between Christians and Muslims.
- What's their next vision? Have a home for at least 100
deprived children, including the disabled, set up a rehab for the
many drug and alcohol addicts here, open an old people's home and
have a school of ministry.
